Prices and dates

Price is £195 per mum-to-be, which includes pilates classes, two nights B&B, plus beauty treatment, with accompanying partners paying £95 for bed and breakfast.  Prices are based on two people sharing – please ask for single or family rates.  Non-residential places, which include the pilates classes and a beauty treatment – but not B&B – cost £95 per mum-to-be.

We have twin beds if you want to come with another mum-to-be, or you can bring along your other half for a romantic weekend before your new arrival.  There is also plenty to keep your partner occupied – we can arrange personal fitness training with our associates at The Running Inn, and there are many other leisure pursuits you can enjoy in this beautiful setting.

Group courses are now fully booked until autumn 2012.  However, private dates can be booked for groups of at least two mums-to-be.  If you would like to put your name down for an autumn course, please give us a call on 01323 722774.

Why do pilates during pregnancy?

“Pilates is a wonderful form of exercise, ideally suited to support the postural changes during and after pregnancy,” says instructor Tracy Armfield.  “Pregnancy pilates helps towards a positive and healthy pregnancy – offering both mental and physical training.  Our aim is to leave you feeling energised, positive and more prepared for labour.”

nb it is strongly advisable that pregnancy pilates is practised only after the 16th week of pregnancy.  Moreover, it is important to check with your GP or midwife before commencing any exercise during pregnancy.
