Running course – 10k to Marathon. Or just walking!
We’ve teamed up with The Running Inn to offer runners an exclusive treat. As part of this special weekend running course package, you’ll receive a fitness assessment, pilates taster session, nutrition workshop and massage – as well as personal trainer-supported runs on the South Downs and b&b at our 4 star Eastbourne guest house.

Have fun, learn and play – Eastbourne Tennis coaching at Devonshire Park
Devonshire Park in Eastbourne provides the idyllic setting for the AEGON International tennis tournament and arguably the finest grass courts in the world.
We’ve teamed up with former international player Samy Messi, Head Coach at the lawn tennis club, to offer you the amazing opportunity of lessons at this world famous club! From beginners through to semi-pros, children to veterans, Samy can provide the right encouragement for you at this truly magnificent venue.
Rates are only £25 per hour for one person (including the court hire!), £30 for a couple and up to 6 people at a time can be coached as a group for just £6 per person, per hour.
