Set in a beautiful Grade II-listed building on a tranquil side street just moments from the seafront, pier and Eastbourne bandstand, this newly-converted holiday apartment is breathtakingly elegant and modern.  The semi-open plan design to the living space provides a contemporary twist, perfectly offset by the magnificent high ceilings of a Regency residence.

This top-quality Eastbourne holiday flat offers two bedrooms – one master bedroom with a super kingsize bed and ensuite luxury shower room, and one twin bedroom.  It can accommodate families or groups of up to six thanks to the good-sized sofabed in the lounge.

There is a large, fully-fitted kitchen furnished with all the equipment you could need – fridge freezer, dishwasher, cooker etc – while a separate utility room houses a washing machine and dryer, plus the controls for the underfloor heating system if evenings turn slightly chilly.

The spacious, relaxing lounge features French doors, leading on to a sun terrace with table and chairs – perfectly positioned to capture the plentiful afternoon and evening sun while enjoying a pre-dinner drink.  And with a second family bathroom with a large bath and shower, there will be no arguments when getting ready to hit the town.

Satellite television is provided.  All towels and bed linen are provided.  No pets or smoking permitted. A £200 deposit on booking and the balance of payment to be received six weeks prior to arrival.  A £500 security deposit will be held for breakages/damages.
