Having a hotel in Eastbourne has its advantages – I get to sample all the delights – after all, how could I possibly recommend activities, restaurants, treatments, etc without first working out what deserves to be recommended??

Chill wind, frost-bitten fingers, a precarious ledge and vertigo. A great combination.
